General Information
What are research peptides?
Research peptides are short chains of amino acids used in laboratory research to study biological processes. They are not for human or animal consumption.
Are your peptides intended for clinical or therapeutic use?
No, our peptides are strictly for research purposes and are not approved for clinical, therapeutic, or diagnostic applications.
Do you provide Certificates of Analysis (COA)?
Yes, products include supporting documentation such as Certificates of Analysis (COA) when available, detailing purity, composition, and quality control results.
What is the typical purity of your peptides?
Our peptides are typically synthesized and verified at ≥99% purity for research use. Individual product COAs provide batch-specific results.
How are your peptides synthesized?
We use solid-phase peptide synthesis (SPPS), a standard research-grade manufacturing method. After synthesis, peptides are purified and evaluated for quality and consistency by an independent ISO/IEC 17025:2017-accredited laboratory, where they undergo multi-panel analysis including purity and content verification, endotoxin screening, heavy metal analysis, and sterility testing.
Ordering & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards. If additional payment options are available, they will appear at checkout.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
We do not modify orders after they’re submitted and all sales are final. Please double-check your shipping address and order details before placing your order.
Are bulk discounts available?
Yes, products include supporting documentation such as Certificates of Analysis (COA) when available, detailing purity, composition, and quality control results.
Shipping & Returns
How fast do you ship orders?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding holidays and carrier delays). Delivery typically takes 2-4 business days.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, shipping availability depends on checkout eligibility and destination. If international shipping is not available, checkout will restrict options accordingly.
How can I track my order?
We use FedEx 2 Day for street addresses (no P.O. Boxes) and USPS Priority Mail for P.O. Box addresses only. The carrier is automatically selected based on the shipping address entered at checkout.
What shipping carriers do you use?
Certified Package Protection is an optional checkout add-on that provides coverage for qualifying delivery issues such as a package being lost, damaged, or stolen while in transit. Protection must be selected at checkout and cannot be added after an order is placed.
What is Certified Package Protection?
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details and shipping updates as soon as your order is processed.
What happens if I don’t select Certified Package Protection?
If Certified Package Protection is not selected at checkout, the customer assumes responsibility for delivery risk once the carrier marks the package as delivered. We strongly recommend using a secure delivery address.
How do I report a package protection issue?
Please use the live support option on the site with your order number, tracking number, and a brief description of the issue. If the item arrived damaged, include clear photos of the box and product.
What to do if my package isn't moving?
If your package hasn’t moved from one location to the next in 7 days, please use the live support option on the site for assistance.
Storage & Handling
How should I store my peptides?
For stability, store peptides in a cool, dry, and dark environment. Many research labs store lyophilized peptides at -20°C. Always follow any product-specific storage guidance.
What solvents should I use to dissolve peptides?
Solvent choice depends on the peptide. Common options in research settings include sterile water, dilute acetic acid, or DMSO. Consult relevant research and handle solvents using appropriate lab safety procedures.
How long do peptides remain stable?
Lyophilized peptides can remain stable for months to years when stored properly (often at -20°C in a dry environment). Once reconstituted, stability depends on the compound and conditions; many labs use reconstituted solutions promptly and minimize freeze–thaw cycles.
Can peptides degrade over time?
Yes. Peptides may degrade due to moisture, heat, light, oxidation, or repeated freeze–thaw cycles. Proper storage and careful handling help reduce degradation.
Technical & Compliance
Do your peptides undergo quality testing?
Yes. Each peptide undergoes multi-panel laboratory testing to assess purity and content, along with endotoxin screening, heavy metal analysis, and sterility testing.
Are your peptides legal to purchase?
Products are offered for research use only. It is your responsibility to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
Do I need a license to purchase your peptides?
No license is typically required for purchase; however, buyers must confirm products are for research purposes only.
